The flowers were not fresh and the order was missing the plastic box on the top. The order didn’t look the same. It was very hurtful as I send this to my mother for her birthday. The quality was not good at all. In addition You don’t know when they deliver. There is no communication. There is extra delivery fee and a transaction fee.
